As an established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Kutner Associates has extensive experience within the property business. However, our services expand above and beyond structural surveys and valuations to provide an after purchase service. Kutner Associates are NHBC Registered Builders. This means that we are able to undertake both New Build projects and Refurbishments to a very high standard, approved by the National House-Building Council. We can offer advice as well as carry out major building works, including underpinning and obtaining Building Control Approval, under the professional guidance of a Structural Surveyor. Working within NHBC guidelines at all times, you can be sure that our New Build homes and Refurbishments are of the highest quality. We work throughout London including areas such as Westminster, Mayfair and Regents Park.

About David Kutner

David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and set up in professional practice at that time in Marylebone. He has personally undertaken more than 50 building projects ranging from converting larger properties into flats, refurbishing and altering/extending single units, to building large new houses.

All design work and building is personally supervised by David.

Types of work undertaken

We are able to carry out improvement or refurbishment work on your existing property or the one which you are planning to purchase. We undertake projects from a minimum value of £100,000. This includes complete refurbishment of houses and flats as well as major structural alterations, extensions, basement and attic conversions through to complete new build homes.
